A few more dates this week. The 3rd March has turned into a busy night with five by-elections taking place, as well as the Welsh Referendum. This week we have a County Council vacancy in Kent and a District vacancy in Bassetlaw (Nottinghamshire). I'm also aware of a Town Council by-election in St Ives (Cornwall).
