Here are this week's changes to the by-election page. This is the second week in a row with very few new by-elections called; our list is beginning to shrink! Incidentally, the Tower Hamlets vacancy is just Rahman's ward left open following his election as the Mayor of Tower Hamlets. It isn't due to any acrimonious fallout from his victory.
