Apologies for the late updates this week; I was away at the weekend and just haven't properly caught up yet.

Sadly, a number of new vacancies have reported over the last nine days, although it looks a bit worse than it is as in two cases the sitting Councillor held office at District and County level.

There are nineteen by-elections taking place in November and plenty more to be arranged so it looks like we'll be busy up until December. The "six month rule" kicks in next week but as there are not as many Councils up for election next May our list is likely to remain quite long for the foreseeable future.
