We're starting this early tonight as although I [Tom] have a fancy phone now and can tweet from the count I'm not sure how well CoverItLive is going to work. Starting it at 8.30pm is purely so I can test things whilst I'm still at home!
I doubt there will be much action until gone 10pm so join us then for what will be a By-Election Night Live first!
